Direct Vent Technology

Unvented or vent free fireplaces can literally turn your house into a chimney, causing health problems for your family. Thanks to Direct-vent Technology, your fireplace can use outside air for combustion, expelling 100% of the combustion exhaust and by-products. This means a pleasant heating experience without the presence of exhaust, fumes, soot and strong combustion odors.

FireBrick Technology

Direct vent FireBrick gas fireplaces and inserts provide the warmth and glow of a real wood burning fire without any of the inconvenience. FireBrick products are AFUE rated, energy efficient, and offer an airtight seal, for peace of mind and comfort. This patented ceramic fiber material has an extremely high insulation factor. This highly efficient material tolerates more heat, traps more heat and radiates significantly more heat into a room than a metal fireplace or insert and is quieter because no fan is needed. Combine any FireBrick product with the wide range of control options and a warm, cozy room is just a flip of the switch away.

IntelliFire

The IntelliFire Ignition System is an “intelligent” control system providing energy conservation and the comfort of a roaring fire all at your fingertips. IntelliFire features intermittent-pilot ignition (IPI) allowing you to conserve fuel and money when the fireplace is not in use. Optional constant pilot mode – allows you to leave the pilot flame on in cold climates. In addition, the system offers seamless transition from AC to battery backup in a power outage, as well as built-in safety features and memory settings. Lastly, our new family of IntelliFire wireless controls provides stylish and ergonomic controls with the features and benefits that every homeowner desires .

Zone Heating

Today fireplaces, stoves and inserts can warm the living areas of your home while at the same time saving you money on your heating bill. These supplemental heating sources are not the boring space heaters of yesteryear. Today’s appliances add warmth, ambiance and charm to any room, plus, they can even add value to your home. A central furnace cycles on and off several times an hour and heats your entire house – even unoccupied rooms – wasting money. Using supplemental heating products to heat only the rooms your family occupies most allows you to turn down the thermostat for the central furnace, decreasing your fuel bill.
