At Heat & Glo®, we want to share with you an update regarding our response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Now more than ever, the health of our employee members and those with whom we work and serve as customers is our top priority. Core to our culture is always acting with integrity, respect and doing the right thing. We take seriously our role in contributing to the overall health and safety of our members, customers, partners and communities at large.

We are aggressively following guidelines of the World Health Organization (WHO), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and local health agencies. This includes working remotely, using stringent health practices in facilities that remain open, curtailing and limiting group meetings, and discontinuing business travel.

At this time, our manufacturing plants and other select facilities remain open and operational, and our members and partners continue to craft, deliver, install and service the trusted fireplaces, stoves and inserts that bring warmth and comfort to where people live, work and gather. We are working hard to minimize any disruptions and serve our customers as best as we can.

We will continue our focus on delivering our hearth solutions in a manner consistent with everyone’s health and wellbeing. As we monitor the evolving pandemic and its impact on our business, we are prepared to take further actions to ensure the protection of our members, customers, partners and communities.
