Rosser also asks clients to decide what’s most important to them: heat efficiency, or ambiance. “And no,” Rosser says, “you can’t have both.”
A realistic timeframe is also important to bear in mind. “Start early,” he says. “[A fireplace project] can take eight to twelve weeks.”
