Model Homes Requirement:
- Program is only open to residential home building companies
- Model homes must be open to the general public for a min. of 180 days
- Builder must have a min. of 50 homes available to be sold in a subdivision where product is displayed
- Model home product placement must be fulfilled by an authorized Hearth & Home Technologies distributor
- Only current product is eligible
Show Homes Requirements:
- All hearth products featured must be Hearth & Home Technologies
- Show home must be fully furnished
- Show home must be open to the general public for a min. of three weekends within a 30 day period
- Show home must be registered with a residential home exhibition (i.e. Parade of Homes, Artisan Home Tour, Luxury Home Tour, Home-A-Rama, etc.)
- Only current product is eligible
- Maximum of 10 show homes annually for product placement through program
