New Supreme Freestanding Fireplace from Heat & Glo Brings the Heat with Little Construction
Easy Install and Clean Lines Inspire Home Renovations
New this fall, the Heat & Glo Supreme Freestanding Indoor Gas Fireplace will allow remodelers to install a gas fireplace without needing to tear into a wall or build out a custom mantel in order to add an eye-catching centerpiece to their home.
Taking a page from Nordic home designs and the popular hygge aesthetic, these clean-lined, easy to install gas fireplace units can be ready in one day as the design allows the unit to sit out in the open, much like a wood burning stove. All that’s required is access to a gas line, electrical and vertical venting through the roof.

With 32,700 BTUs, it’s ideal for small to medium spaces and the ceramic glass and integrated fan helps move the heat faster into the room. As the firebox is elevated above the floor, a hearth pad is not needed, allowing it to be used on any floor surface.
Each unit provides a large, clear view of the fire, ceramic fiber oak or natural birch log designs, optional lighting and decorative interior panels that bring the firebox to life. The units are controlled with Heat & Glo’s intuitive touch screen remote, wall switch or the proprietary IntelliFire® app which has smart speaker integration allowing you to turn it on with the sound of your voice. Since the fireplace sits on a pedestal, it allows for a showy display nook directly below the firebox to add even more visual interest to the appliance.
MSRP is $4,297 (plus venting and installation) and available through fireplace dealers nationally starting in mid-November 2022.
